10.2 Effects of Termination

• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Platform.
• Technical failures, software malfunctions, or interruptions of service.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall bali99's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to bali99 in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless bali99 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform.
• Any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

14.1 Governing Law
